When do you workout?
I am usually at the gym between 5 and 6 am, and leave to see the sunrise. I know I need six hours of sleep so a lot depends on how early I get to bed. It’s a different world of people at that hour. Most of these early birds have the athletic mindset!
How about you… do you work out on a regular basis? And if so, what time is your best work out time?
The other morning I asked a few people why they are there at that hour, and this is what they said…
Dennis, age 47 – Construction Business OwnerQ: Why are you here at 5am? And what time do you go to sleep?A: “I’m in construction, so its the only time I can get this in. If I don’t do it know, I won’t do it. I like to get in and get out!”If I can I’ll get to sleep by 11pm… I don’t need a lot of sleep.
